OPEN THE HOUSE
The key to the house is in the masterlock container on the porch by the side door. GET THE COMBINATION FROM MARYELLEN OR MARK!
Keep the key there! As soon as you use it, lock it back up! That way, you will never lock yourself out.
We have no spare, so take care!
You must turn on the electricity. The breaker box is straight from the door under the giant picture above the sofa. Just lay the painting on the couch while you work.

Flip on #2-4 (double breaker) which is the water pump
Flip on #2-4 (double breaker) which is the water pump2. WAIT A FEW MINUTES UNTIL YOU HEAR WATER COMING OUT OF THE FAUCETS....at that point you turn on the hot water heater #1-3. Do not flip this switch until you hear water or you will burn out the heater element!!!!
3.Flip on the #6-8 double breaker marked range
Flip on the #6-8 double breaker marked range4. Flip on the 10-12 breaker marked living room/kitchen heat (seasonal)
5.Bathroom heat marked #5-7 should never be shut off during winter months!!!!

7. If you are using the loft, you can turn on 13-15 heat, if not leave it off
8. Turn on the washer and dryer breaker
See chart inside the breaker door for a breaker map. All of the spigots (cold) are left open when we leave, so they are on now. Leave them on until you turn on the water pump and see a good flow of water coming out then turn them all off.
